Geetu Karnani

Geetu Karnani has a diverse background advising businesses on financial and strategic issues, with a specialization in retail, media, and healthcare. Karnani led strategic planning for the Time Warner Book Group.

She previously worked at Saks.com as Director of Marketing through the successful launch of Saks’ internet business. Prior to Saks, she was a top ranked consultant at McKinsey & Co., where her projects ranged from a strategic repositioning of a major department store to a global consumer products strategy for a top 3 healthcare company.

She began her career as an analyst at JP Morgan, focusing on mergers and acquisitions for companies across the healthcare value chain. Karnani graduated cum laud from Columbia University and received a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.


 

Dr. Earl Spencer

Dr. Earl Spencer

Dr. Earl Spencer has more than 20 years of technical and marketing expertise on international level. He has an extensive knowledge in the field of analysis and setting up various marketing models and strategies.

Earl has worked for the world’s leading aeronautical company NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) as an aerospace technologist. There he played a leading role in designing satellite data retrieval systems.

Earl has also served U.S. Army (ROTC) as a Lieutenant in the Corps of Engineers. After completing Airborne and Ranger training, he was assigned to a construction battalion in Vietnam where he supervised heavy construction projects.

Earl has also worked with Avon as Director, Merchandising and Marketing. He had an overall responsibility related to marketing for several departments including new products (fragrances, skin care, toiletries), and the international marketing division of Canada and Australia. During his tenure with Avon, Earl was the person who designed Avon’s program for entering Hong Kong market.

He has also served as Vice President for Fragrances at Max Factor in Hollywood and Vice President of Marketing at Rainbow Programming Services, a subsidiary of Cablevision Inc. There he introduced several new cable channels including Bravo and American Movie Classics.

Professor of Marketing at Berkeley College. Served as Chair of Marketing Department for 11 years.
Dr. Earl received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, Philadelphia; MBA (Finance) from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Doctorate in Professional Studies from Pace University, New York.
